正畸—种植序列治疗成人牙列缺损8例报告

摘　　要：目的 :探讨正畸 -种植序列疗法治疗成人牙列缺损伴错牙合畸形的效果。方法 :正畸—种植序列疗法治疗 8例牙列缺损伴牙牙合畸形的成年患者 ,观察种植体动度 ,咬合关系及X线改变等临床指征。结果 :8例均获得较好的咬合关系及良好的修复效果。随访 3— 4年 ,无 1例种植体松动、脱落。结论 :正畸—种植序列疗法进一步扩大了种植体修复的适应症 ,有益于改善咬合关系 ,提高修复效果 ,有利于保持牙周健康和种植体的稳定性。Objective:To study the clinical application of orthodontics-implant restorative sequential treatment for patient with defective dentition . Methord:Eight adult patient with defective detition was treated with orthordontic-implant restorative sequential treatment and the curative effect was observed.Result: It was showed eight patient got relative intermaxillary relationship and better aesthetic effect . None of the nine implants was lost during follow-up survey period . Conclusion: The orthodontic-implant restorative sequential treatment can broaden the applied scope of implant and optimize the curative effect.
