红霉素高产菌株F2-4的选育及摇瓶发酵工艺的优化

摘　　要：通过筛选丙酸钠及红霉素抗性变株的方法 ,获得了一株红霉素高产菌株 F2 -4 ,其发酵水平较出发菌株提高了 15 .2 %。通过对发酵培养基的正交试验及单因素试验使得 F 2An Erythromycin productive high-yielding mutant F2 4 was screened by the test of precursor tolerance and Erythromycin tolerance. The fermentation yield of which is 15 2% more than that of parental strain. Furthermore, the Medium Cross-out Test and Single factor Test further improves the fermentation yield of the strain F2 4.
