摘　　要：目的　了解某部队官兵个性特征。方法　采用 16 PF对某部队 12 0 5名官兵进行前瞻性测试。结果　乐群、聪慧、恃强、兴奋、敢为及紧张因素分高于全国成人常模 ,有恒、敏感、怀疑、幻想、忧虑、实验、独立及自律因素分低于成人常模 (P<0 .0 1)。结论　某部队官兵个性特征不同于普通人群 。Objective To acquaint the personal feature of some troop's sergeants. Methods Test the 1 205 sergeants of some troop by 16PF prospectivly. Results Enjoying in groops,sagacity,persistance,exicting,act bravely and tension factors' results were higher than the normal figure of nation adult.Patience,sensitive,suspicion,fantasy,anxiety,experimentation,independence and self-restriction's results were lower than the normal figure of nation adult(P<0.01). Conclusions The personal feature of some troop's sergeants is diffierent from the ordinary drove.Psychophylaxis education work should be carried out according to the aptitude of the army.
