高龄老年性白内障超声乳化的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:回顾分析132眼高龄老年人(80岁及以上)白内障超声乳化吸除和人工晶状体植入术的临床疗效。方法:对112例(132眼)80岁及以上老人行白内障超声乳化吸除和人工晶状体植入术。术中给予必要的吸氧和心电监护。结果:132眼患者的脱盲率≥0.05为95.4%,脱残率≥0.3)为77.3% 。其中低视力者均伴有不同程度的全身疾病和眼部器质性病变。无全身并发症的发生。结论:对于高龄老年性白内障患者,只要基本视功能存在,术前术后妥善处理好全身疾病,均可进行白内障超声乳化吸除和人工晶状体植入术,取得较满意的手术效果。AIM: To analyze the effect of ultrasonic phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in patients over 80 years old. · METHODS: A total of 132 eyes of 112 patients over 80 years old underwent ultrasonic phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation. · RESULTS: The out of blindness rate and out of disability were 95.4% and 77.3% respectively. Patients with systemic and organic diseases had low visual acuity. No systemic complication occurred. · CONCLUSION: Ultrasonic phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation can be effectively and safely performed on advanced senile cataract if basic vision exists and systemic diseases are well controlled before and after operation.·
