祛障穴冷冻治疗老年性未成熟期白内障的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察祛障穴冷冻治疗老年性未成熟期白内障的疗效。方法:老年性未成熟期白内障患者138例(260眼)随机分为2组,观察组98例(186眼)采用祛障穴冷冻治疗,对照组40例(74眼)用白内停滴眼液治疗进行比较。结果:观察组总有效率为83.9%,对照组为71.6%(P <0.05)。结论:祛障穴冷冻治疗老年性未成熟期白内障有一定的疗效。AIM: To study the effect of treating senile cataract at the immature stage by the frozen Quzhang acupuncture points.· METHODS: One hundred and thirty-eight patients (260 eyes) of senile cataract at the immature stage were divided randomly into two groups. The 98 patients (186 eyes) in the observed group were treated with the frozen Quzhang acupuncture points, and the 40 patients (74 eyes) in the control group were treated with pirenoxine sodium eye drop. Curative effect was compared between the two groups.· RESULTS: The therapeutic effective rates were 83.9% in the observed group and 71.6% in the control group(P < 0.05).· CONCLUSION: The frozen Quzhang acupuncture points could be effective notably in treatment of senile cataract at the immature stage.·
