摘  要:目的 :研究动脉粥样硬化性血栓性脑梗死 (ATCI)患者血清氧化低密度脂蛋白 (OX_LDL)、硫酸脱氢表雄酮 (DHEA_S)的变化及相关关系。方法 :采用病例对照研究 ,应用ELISA双抗体夹心法及竞争法分别测定健康体检者 (对照组 )和ATCI患者组血清OX_LDL、DHEA_S水平。结果 :ATCI组血清OX_LDL水平高于对照组 ,DHEA_S水平低于对照组 (均P<0.01) ;且ATCI组两者呈负相关(r= -0.349,P<0.01) ,OX_LDL水平与梗死面积有关 ,DHEA_S与梗死面积无关。结论Objective:To investigate the changes of serum OX_LDL,DHEA_S in arteriosclerotic thrombotic cerebral infarction(ATCI)and their relationships.Methods:We measured the levels of serum OX_LDL and DHEA_S in patients of ATCI and that in control group by double antibodies sandwich ELISA and competitive ELISA.Results:The levels of serum OX_LDL in ATCI patients were much higher than that in control group(P<0.01).The levels of serum DHEA_S were much lower compared to that in control group(P<0.01).The OX_LDL concentration had a negative correlation with DHEA_S concentration in ATCI(r=-0.349,P<0.01).The OX_LDL concentration had correlation with infarction area.Conclusions:The results suggest that the inˉcrease of serum OX_LDL and the decrease of serum DHEA_S could be involved in the progress of arteriosclerosis and ATCI.
