家蝇室内连续饲养11代羽化率观察

摘　　要：为观察家蝇室内连续 11代饲养的各代羽化率特征 ,将家蝇引入室内 ,采用人工配制的幼虫饲料在室内进行连续饲养 ,采用蛹皮计数法连续记录各代羽化率。结果发现 ,除第 3代羽化率为 88.5 %外 ,其余几代羽化率均高于 90 %。提示室内饲养的家蝇各代羽化率稳定在较高水平 ,室内连续饲养较为成功。To investigate emergence rate of the housefly for eleven generations indoors, the housefly was continuously reared by an artificial diet which mainly made up of wheat bran and fish meal, pupae were collected randomly from the first generation to the eleventh generation, and the emergence rates were recorded. The results showed that the emergence rate of the third generation was 88.5%, and the rest generations kept high rates of emergence. It could be deduced that the continuous rearing of the housefly was successful.
