摘　　要：高等学校人才培养成本是高等学校管理者必须关注的问题之一。通过对人才培养成本的定量与定性分析,提供准确的成本信息,对合理地确定国家财政拨款力度,助学贷款的实施提供一定的理论和现实依据。The cost of new talents cultivation is a problem on which the administrators in colleges and universities must focus. Through the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the cost of new talents cultivation, precise information on this kind of cost can be obtained, which can provide certain theoretical and practical basis for the determination of funds and finance allocated by the government and for the implementation of study-support loan.
