摘　　要：目的 分析多种因素对根管治疗术的影响。方法 追踪观察212例根管治疗术的患牙,通过 SAS统计软件,采用LOGISTIC向后逐步回归法。结果 显示根管充填是影响其疗效的主要因素。结论 完善的根管充填是保证根管治疗术成功的关键。Objection To study the effect of many factors on root canal therapy (RCT) Methods 212 patients with RCT were retrospectively observed, then were analyzed with logistic regression in SAS statistical software. Results The filling of root canal system is the major factor in RCT. Conclusion A perfect filling of root canal system is a key to the success of RCT.
