摘 要:用Ellman法测定了65例脑脊液(CSF)中胆碱酯酶(ChE)活性;发现正常人,脑梗塞患者CSF的ChE活性无差异;多梗塞性痴呆、混合性痴呆及Alzheimer病患者CSF中ChE活性显著降低。文章探讨了痴呆与中枢神经胆碱能系统的关系;CSF中ChE活性变化与痴呆不同病期及病种的关系,同时提出传统的多梗塞性痴呆的临床诊断标准值得进一步商榷。Using Ellman spectrophotometric method we measured the cholinesterase (ChE) activity in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of 65 cases. The ChE activities in CSF were significantly lower in cases of multi-infarct dementia mixed dementia and Alzheimer disease compared with agematched controls and non-demented patients with cerebral infarcts. There was no signigicant difference in ChE activity between controls and nondemented patients with cerebral infarcts. The relationship between dementia and disorder of central cholinergic system and the relationship between the change of ChE activity and the stages and types of illness were studied. According to our results, we found that the traditional diagnostic criteria of multi-infarct dementia deserve further definition.
