摘  要:根据嵌入压电作动器的自适应桁架结构的机电耦合特性 ,考虑了结构强度、节点最大位移以及作动器最大控制电压等约束条件 ,提出了以强度、位移和能耗为目标、以电压为控制参数的多目标最优控制模型。该模型通过引入权系数 ,使多目标问题转化为一个二次目标、线性约束的二次规划问题。限制了设计变量每一步的运动极限 ,从而保证了算法的稳定性。用数值方法模拟了该模型对结构的控制效果。数值算例表明 ,该模型具有改善静不定结构应力状态、保证结构形变精度及调节控制能耗的功能。对于静不定结构 ,可以在一定程度上降低结构的最大工作应力。该模型还具有较小的能耗指标 ,并使控制点的节点位移尽可能小 ,利用该模型可以有效地实现单点或多点位移控制。According to the electric-mechanical couple characteristics,a multi-objective optimum control model for the adaptive truss with built-in piezoelectric actuators was presented. The voltage was taken as the control parameter, and the strength,nodal displacement and energy consumption were taken as the objective functions in the model. The model subjects to the strength of the structure, the limit of nodal displacement and the maximum control voltage of actuators. The weight coefficient was introduced into the model, and the multi-objective problem was changed into a quadratic-programming problem. The moving step was limited in order to maintain the stability of convergence. The control efficiency was simulated by the numerical method. The computation results indicate that this model can improve the stress of statically indeterminate structure, ensure the deformation precision of structure and adjust energy consumption. It is an effective method for synthetic control of adaptive structure.
