摘　　要：本文分析了数字化进程中图书馆员的知识结构需求。论述了以知识积累为基础的竞争战略观。阐明了组织学习的概念、内容与特征以及图书馆建立学习型组织的重要意义 ,在此基础上结合图书馆的特点 ,提出图书馆构建学习型组织的措施。This text analyzed the demands in knowledge structure of librarians while the library is in the digitized process.Have expounded the view of competitive strategy which is on foundation of knowledge accumulation.Have clarified the concept,content,characteristics of organizational learning and the important meanings of setting up learning organization type,with combining the characteristic of the library on the basis of this,it also proposed the measures of constructing learning organization.
