西部省区群体干部培训班学员调查分析

摘　　要：通过问卷调查方法对我国西部省区群众体育干部培训班学员的基本状况进行了研究。结果表明,西部群体干部的年龄结构以中青年为主,35岁以下的女性群体干部断层;66.1%的群体干部从事群体工作时间在10年以内;群体干部的文化程度总体水平较高,具有大专以上学历的干部占总数的81.4%;群体干部培训次数偏少,没有培训的干部比例占总数的45.4%;群体干部掌握的运动项目以大众所熟悉的运动项目为主;具有社会体育指导员资格的干部占到总数的67.8%;群体干部整体健康水平一般,患慢性疾病的干部占总数的32.7%;群体干部对各自单位工作环境的综合评价一般。By using the method of questionnaire, the writer carried on a research on the students of sports cadre training in West China. The result shows that the young & middle cadres occupy a leading position and female cadre under 35 years old is faulting. 66.1% of the mass cadre engaged in the working time no more than 10 years. The overall level of cadre's education level is comparative high, 81.4% of which have diplomas of junior college. Most sports events that cadre grasp is masses familiared events. The cadre qualifies for social sports instructor account for 67.8% of the total amount. The overall health level of cadre is common. Cadre suffered from chronic disease account for 32.7% of total amount. Cadre's appraisal of each unit's working environment is common.
