摘  要:我国商业银行中间业务起步晚 ,收入比重低 ,品种少 ,创新能力不足 ,服务收费不合理。加入WTO后 ,中外银行的激烈竞争促使我国商业银行在发展中间业务上必须尽快提高认识 ,完善组织管理 ,强化产品开发 ,实施有效市场营销 ,优化服务手段 ,完善人才培养机制 ,调整收费标准 ,防范市场风险。Though the Chinese banks have just begun to handle intermediate business, they are required to do more and more because of the diversification of banks' credit. Moreover, with China's entry into WTO, more intensive competitions between the local banks and foreign banks is soon coming, thus they should try their best as soon as possible to focus on adjusting their strategies for doing intermediate business through getting a good understanding of it, improving the organizational structures, intensifying new products development, strengthening service programs, building more effective personnel training mechanisms, increasing the application of science and technology, adjusting charge rates, normalizing chaotic competition, and avoiding market risks.
