摘　　要：采用JKB-125Y型板波纹填料塔代替浮阀塔,对乙醛分馏塔和酒精回收塔进行改造,乙醛单耗及能耗可降低10%,塔设备的投资可节约60%,塔设备安装时间可缩短至原来的1/5。克服了原工艺的生产能力小、塔体高大、压降大、能耗高等缺点。The float valve towers for acetaldehyde distillation and for alcohol recovery were displaced by JKB-125Y type mellapak packing towers.After the modification,the acetaldehyde consumption and energy consumption were reduced by about 10% respectively,and install time of the towers was only about 1/5 of the float valve towers with cutting 60% of the cost.The modified process has overcome the disadvantages of low production capabilities,high tower body,large pressure drop,and high energy-consumption,etc.
