摘　　要：中小型高科技企业成长性是一个质变和量变相结合的多元复合体,随着社会经济的发展,其内涵、外延和决定因素也在不断地演化。中小型高科技企业成长性评价的基本要素包括财务潜力、人力资本能力、市场和公共关系能力及技术创新能力四个方面的内容。In line with characters of hi-tech and high-growth SMEs, a growth evaluation system is designed with 20 parameters of 4 fields. Using AHP method, the system composes an evaluation model and was put. it into practice with 20 IT sample companies listed on GEM Market. Given the fact that evaluation results manifest strong consistence with growth status of these companies, this model can serve as a valuable instrument for a matter-of-fact evaluation of their growth status and potential.
