摘　　要：利用层次分析法建立了分析层次结构,构造了判断矩阵,建立了水利工程生态效应分析模型,并用模糊数学综合评判的方法,对水利工程生态效应正负两个方面进行综合分析,初步提出改变水利工程生态效应的工程与非工程措施.并对江苏省连云港市进行了河道生态效应分析.Hierarch structure and judgement matrix were established by a hierarch analysis method to develop the model of ecological effect analysis.The positive and negative aspects of the ecological effect were analyzed in a combined way using combined judgement method of fuzzy mathematics.Some preliminary changes introduced for engineering and non-engineering measures for a water conservancy project were proposed here.
