摘　　要：近十几年研究发现 ,中青年卒中的发病率有逐渐增高的趋势 ,但其病因和危险因素较复杂 ,文章对该领域的国内外临床研究进展进行了综述。Studies in the latest decade have found that there was a trend that the incidence of stroke increased gradually in young and middle-aged adults. However, its etiology and risk factors are more complicated. This article reviews the clinical research progress in this field both at home and abroad.
