摘　　要：自二十世纪六十年代人力资本理论诞生以后 ,人力资本对经济的促进作用愈来愈深入人心。对于人力资本投资 ,人们更多的关注的是教育和保健的作用 ,而对劳动者迁移对人力资本的影响研究还不够。本文着重论述劳动者迁移对人力资本的影响 ,并对进一步激活我国劳动力市场提出政策建议。In modern economy, human capital is more efficient than material capital. Compared with more thorough knowledge to the promoting effect of the development of education, health and care cause, our understanding to the importance of labor migration on human capital is not sufficient. This paper is mainly concerned with the influence of labor migration on human capital. What's more, it gives suggestions on a rational guidance to labor migration.
