摘　　要：文章从专业技术因素和社会因素方面讨论了图书馆追求提高读者对所需文献可获得性的实用方案。对开架和“新闭架”作了剖析 ,指出“新闭架”This paper discusses the practical plan of libraries raise the procurability of the readers' need document from professional and social principles. The open-shelf and 'new close-shelf' are analyzed and some problems of 'new close-shelf'are put forward.
