摘　　要：我国目前商业银行人力资源开发与管理的现状与市场竞争还很不相适应,商业银行应加快金融业人力资源开发管理改革的步伐,建设一支高素质的商业银行从业人员队伍,才能提高综合市场竞争力,才能掌握市场的主动权,在竞争中求得生存,求得发展。The development and management of human resources at commercial banks will determine the competitive edge and the survival of the banks.The current situation of human resources development and management is quite imcompatible Banks should accelerate the steps to innovate the development and management of human resources in the financial sector to develop a high-quality working staff in order to survive and develop.
