摘　　要：企业动态联盟的组建、运作及解散存在着诸多新的有待解决的风险管理问题。以企业动态联盟风险的预防性控制为核心,在对其风险识别与评估的基础上,建立了新型组织形式的风险防范体系框架,给出了基于动态合同体系的风险预控方法,并进行了相应的实证分析,试图为企业动态联盟风险管理实践提供支持和参考。There exist a great deal of new risk management problems to be resolved in the process of establishment, operation and dissolution of the dynamic alliance of the enterprise. Taking risk preventative control as the core and on the basis of risk identification and evaluation of the dynamic alliance of the enterprise, the new-type of organizational risk prevention framwork system is established and the method about risk pre-control is introduced basing on the dynamic contract system in order to offer support and reference for risk management practice of the dynamic alliance.
