陆军航空兵某部空勤与地勤人员心理健康状况的比较

摘　　要：目的 :通过陆军航空兵空勤与地勤人员精神健康状况的比较 ,为其心理卫生工作提供参考 .方法 :采用康奈尔健康问卷 (CMI)对 1 2 2名直升机飞行员和地勤人员调查 .结果 :CMI总分低得分 (总分 0～ 1 4分 ) ,空勤组高于地勤组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,M R部分低得分 (总分 0～ 9分 ) ,空勤组 99.1 8% ,明显高于地勤组 (91 .80 % ,P <0 .0 1 ) ,有躯体和精神障碍者 (CMI总分≥ 30分 ,M R分≥ 1 0 )者 5例 (4 .1 % ) ,低于地勤组 1 5例 (1 2 .30 % ,P <0 .0 5 ) ) ,有精神障碍者 (M R分≥ 1 0 ) ,空勤组明显低于地勤组 1 0例 (8.2 0 % ,P <0 .0 1 ) .空勤组和地勤组精神部分因子分析结果显示 ,前两位均为不适应和抑郁 .结论 :陆航空勤人员精神健康状况优于地勤人员 ,空勤人员仍存在一部分精神健康问题 ,空勤人员精神健康主要问题为不适应和抑郁 .AIM: To study the psychological status of army airmen and ground crew. METHODS: One hundred and twenty two army airmen and ground crew were investigated by Medical Index Health Questionnaire and the results were compared. RESULTS: The low scored (0-14) total scores of army airmen were higher than ground crew ( P <0.05)and the low scored M R scores (0-9) of army airmen were higher than ground crew ( P >0.05). The high scored total scores (≥30) of army airmen were lower than ground crew( P <0.05)and the high scored M R scores (≥10) of army airmen were lower than ground crew. Five army airmen and 15 ground crew scored higher than the screening standard of mental disorder (total scores≥30, M R scores≥10). Factor analysis of M R showed that main factors contributing to high M R scores were inadequacy and depression in both groups. CONCLUSION: Psychological status of army airmen is better than that of ground crew. The main affecting factors are inadequacy and depression.
