冷冻奶牛胚胎移植黄牛研究

摘　　要：采用国产试剂、器械超数排卵22头黑白花奶牛,超排成功率72.7％(16/22)。采集胚胎143枚,其中可用胚占70％(100/143),超排母牛采集胚数和可用胚数头均6.5枚和4.5枚,按采得胚母牛计算采集胚数和可用胚数头均8.9枚和6.3枚。胚胎移植经冷冻—解冻后68.2％(30/44)可用,胚胎移植18头同期发情黄牛受体,3头妊娠。其中两头受体双胎6个月时流产,1头受体黄牛产下1头黑白花公犊。22 heads black -white Dariy cows were Superovulated with reagent, medication and instrument made in China, and effective superovulation was 72. 7%(16/22). We collected 143 embryoes among which the embryoes fitting transplant was 70%. Superovulated cows had average 6. 5 embryoes in which 4. 5 embryoes were fitting transplant. These were average 8. 9 embryoes and 6. 3 embryoes fitting transplant according to cows collected embryo. After frozen-thawing, the practicable embrryoes were 68. 2%(30/44). 18 heads synchronous estrus Yellow cow recipients were transplanted the embryo, among the recipients 3 heads were pregnancy and 2 heads pregnantting twins were miscarriage at six month. 1 head has borne a black-white bull calf.
