宫颈微小偏离性腺癌临床病理分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨宫颈微小偏离性腺癌的临床病理特征。方法 :对4例宫颈微小偏离性腺癌进行临床病理分析。结果 :宫颈微小偏离性腺癌临床表现为血性和水样黏液性白带增多 ,均见宫颈糜烂、肥大 ,呈桶状 ,表面可呈结节状。镜下表现为宫颈腺体增多且大小不一 ,腺体形态类似正常宫颈腺体 ,并向深层浸润 ,浸润生长的腺体呈分枝状 ,部分腺上皮有异形。结论 :宫颈微小偏离性腺癌是一种特殊类型的癌 。OBJECTIVE:To study the clinicopathological features of minimal deviation adenocarcinoma of the cervix.METHODS:The clinicopathological features of four cases of minimal deviation adenocarcinoma of the cervix were observed clinically and pathologically.RESULTS:Clinical symptoms presented that bloody and watery mucoserous whites was increased.Physical examination showed cervix hypertrophy and erosion. Some cases presented neoplastic nodules. Microscopic examination showed that the glands were similar to normal endocervical glands but were markedly increased and invaded to deeper cervical stroma. The neoplastic glands were plexiform and the gland cells were heterotypical.CONCLUSIONS:Minimal deviation adenocarcinoma of cervix is a special type of malignant tumor.Mastering clinicopathological features of minical deviation adenocarcinoma has an important significience for earlier diagnosis,therapy and improving prognosis of this deases.
