摘  要:目的 探讨乳酸杆菌 (Lactobacillus,LB)对小鼠宫颈鳞癌U14 的抗癌作用及对U14 细胞凋亡的诱导作用。方法 建立KM和 6 15近交系鼠U14 移植瘤动物模型 ,并随机分组 ,检测实验组与对照组小鼠的瘤体平均重量和抑瘤率 ;采用TUNEL法检测细胞凋亡指数 (AI)。结果 与对照组比较 ,嗜酸乳杆菌 (L .acidophilus,LA)对两种品系小鼠移植瘤的抗癌作用 ,差异均具有非常显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ;提前给予LA组小鼠 ,其移植瘤生长速度显著慢于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;LA及干酪乳杆菌 (L .casie,LC)对于小鼠U14 移植瘤 ,亦具有显著抗癌作用 (P <0 .0 1) ,但LA与LC两组间的抗癌作用 ,差异无显著性(P >0 .0 5 ) ;在 6 15系小鼠模型组、LA及顺铂 (Diaminodichloroplatin ,DDP)组小鼠之间 ,AI的差异具有非常显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 LB对小鼠宫颈鳞癌具有显著的抗癌作用 ,可有效地抑制肿瘤的发生和发展 。Objective To explore the growth-inhibition and the apoptosis induced by Lactobacillus(LB ) on murine cervical carcinoma U 14 . Methods The KM mice and 615-strain mice with U 14 were divided into eight groups with different treatments. The inhibitory rate of each group were detected. The apoptosis index was assessed by TUNEL. Results Lactobacillus had greatly significant antitumor effect on KM mice and 615-strain mice bearing U 14 ( P <0.01); the growth rate of transplanted tumors from U 14 in LA ( L.acidophilus ) pre-administration group was slower than that in the model group; the inhibitory rate was significantly higher in the LA, LC ( L.casie ) and DDP(Diaminodichloroplatin) group as compared with the model group respectively( P <0.01), however no significant difference( P >0.05) was found among them. Marked difference was found in AI between LA and DDP, LA and model, DDP and model. Conclusion Lactobacillus showed a marked inhibition effect on occurrence and development of U 14 , and its antitumor mechanism may be associated with inducing apoptosis.
