摘 要:本试验以室内防治试验为基础,于1985年6~11月在重庆市李家沱、滩子口粮站测定了α-蒎烯在小麦、玉米、稻谷、大米粮堆中,对储粮害虫的防治效果.结果表明,在玉米粮堆中,500ppm的α-蒎烯对谷蠹、玉米象、杂拟谷盗等主要害虫有较好的杀虫效果,而浓度低于100ppm,其防治效果甚差;在小麦中,若α-蒎烯浓度高于100ppm至500ppm,则防治效果很好,若浓度低于100ppm,则防治效果较差;在稻谷中,即使浓度高达500ppm,其防治效果也不很好;在大米中,100ppm浓度的α-蒎烯对储粮害虫的防治效果很差,这些结果,可能是稻谷和大米对α-蒎烯的吸附很强所致,因此就限制了α-蒎烯在稻谷和大米中的使用.The effects of α-pinene for controlling stored grarn insects were tested with the field stored wheat, maize, paddy and rice in 6-11, 1985 in Lijiato and Tanzhikou of Chongqing grain stations based on the laboratory experiment. The results indicated that the effects of α-pinene for controlling R.dominica, S.zeamais, T.confusum, etc, were better in maize at 500ppm concentration but were very poor below 100ppm concentration. The effects of α-pinene for controlling the pests were very good at 100ppm to 500ppm in wheat but were poor 100ppm concentration. The effects were not very good at 500ppm concentration in paddy and were very poor at 100ppm concentration in rice. The results appear that the paddy and rice have very strong absorptivity of α-pinene and so the use of α-pinene be limited in paddy and rice.
