食管癌组织肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞穿孔素的表达

摘　　要：目的　探讨食管癌组织中肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞 (TIL)的穿孔素 (PFP)表达情况。　方法　将 4 2例手术切除的食管癌标本 (观察组 )和 2 0例食管息肉或食管平滑肌瘤标本 (对照组 )常规HE染色 ,光镜观察 ,并用免疫组化SABC法检测TIL中PFP的表达。　结果　 4 2例食管癌中 ,32例PFP表达阳性 ,阳性率76 .2 % ;对照组中有 2例发现PFP阳性表达的TIL ,阳性率 10 .0 %。两组有显著性差异 (χ2 =2 3.96 7,P <0 .0 1)。 4 2例食管癌中有淋巴结转移组 (14例 )与无淋巴结转移组 (2 8例 )的PFP阳性率分别为 5 0 .0 %和89 .3% ,两组比较有显著性差异 (χ2 =5 .92 2 ,P <0 .0 5 )。　结论　大部分食管癌组织中存在有杀伤功能的T细胞。PFP在食管癌细胞局部转移中起抑制作用。Objective To investigate perforin expression in tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) of esophageal cancer. Methods Fourty-two samples of esophageal cancer by operation were stained by hemotoxylin and eosin(HE), and perforin expression levels in TIL were determined by SABC immunohistochemistry. Results There were 32 cases with expression of perforin in 42 samples of esophageal cancer, the positive rate was 76.2%. There were 2 cases with expression of perforin in the control group involved in 20 cases biopsy of esophagopolypus or esophageal leiomyoma. There was statistic significance between two groups(χ 2=23.967,P< 0.01 ). The positive rate of perforin expression in lymphaden transfer group and without lymphaden transfer group was 50.0% and 89.3%, respectively.there was significant difference between them (χ 2=5.922,P< 0.05 ). Conclusion Being immunoactived T lymphocytes are detected in a majority of tissue of esophageal cancer. Perforin plays an important role in inhibiting tumour transfer.
