摘　　要：本文阐述了逆向物流的内涵及其起因,在此基础上分析了逆向物流可能给企业带来的潜在利润及竞争优势,并对企业逆向物流体系的构建及其发展趋势作了初步探讨。Based on the internal meaning and cau se of reverse logistics,this paper a nalyses the potential profit and com-pete advantage reverse logistics br ings to entrepreneurs and discusses the building of reverse logistics sy stem and the devel-opment trend of reverse logistics.
