摘　　要：目的研究端粒酶基因hTR在乳腺癌组织和乳腺纤维腺瘤中的表达及意义。方法应用原位杂交的方法检测端粒酶基因hTR在30例乳腺癌和25例乳腺纤维腺瘤中的表达。结果30例乳腺癌中hTR表达阳性率为90%,25例乳腺纤维腺瘤中为16%,乳腺癌组织中hTR的表达与乳腺纤维腺瘤比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。乳腺癌组织中hTR的表达与肿瘤分型、淋巴结转移、肿瘤大小无相关性(P>0.05)。结论端粒酶基因hTR表达检测在乳腺癌诊断中有一定价值。y] Objective To study the expression of telomerase gene hTR in breast carcinoma tissues and fibroadenoma of breast. Methods With in situ hybridization, the expression of telomerase gene hTR was observed in 30 cases of breast carcinoma tissues, 25 cases of fibroadenoma of breast .Result The hTR was detected in 90% (27/30) of breast carcinoma .The positive rate of hTR was 16%(4/25) in fibroadenoma of breast.The positive detection of hTR expression in cancer group was significantly different from those in breast carcinoma tissues and fibroadenoma of breast (P<0.01),but was not relation with histopathologic type,tumor size and lymph node metastasis (P>0.05).Conclusion It is suggested that the detection of telomerase hTR gene expression be useful in diagnosis in breast carcinoma.
