试论肝阳虚证

摘　　要：肝阳虚证多由素体肝脏功能低下 ,或久病及肝 ,或治疗不当 ,攻伐无度 ,耗损肝阳 ;或素体肾阳不足 ,水不生木所致。多表现为肝阳不足 ,阴寒凝滞 ,疏泄失常 ,升发不及的证候。治疗时宜 :温补肝阳 ,升发肝气 ,疏肝柔肝 。Deficiency syndrome of the liver-yang is mainly caused by hepatic insufficiency of liver, liver damage due to long- termed disease, liver-yang exhaustion due to improper and excessive treatment or deficiency of kidney-yang. It is mostly manifested as the shortage of liver-yang, stagnation of severe pathogenic cold and irregular dispelling. The therapeutic principles should be: warming and recuperating the liver-yang, elevating the liver-qi, relieving and nourishing the liver, dispelling the cold pathogens and alleviating pain.
