摘　　要：红外焦平面器件在侦察预警探测、精确制导、火控、光电对抗等领域有着极为重要的军事应用。先后论述了国外多色红外焦平面器件现状、发展趋势,并就其在军事上的应用作了几个方面的分析。The IR focal plane arrays (IRFPA) can be put into many military applications such as battle-field surveillance and reconnaissance, early warning system, precision guidance system, fire-control system and photoelectric countermeasure. In this paper the status quo and future developments of the overseas multi-color IRFPA has been described. The analysis has also been carried out as far as their military applications are concerned.
