摘　　要：老年性痴呆 Alzheimer's disease AD 是老年人的常见病,60岁以上发病率约为 5%,已成为影响家庭和社会发展的重要制约因素,引起全世界的广泛关注,本文从 4方面论述了老年性痴呆的发病机理,并提出了药物治疗的策略。Alzheimer′s disease(AD)is a common disease in elder people. Its incidence rate is about 5% in people above 60 years old. It has become an important factor that seriously impacts the development of families and society, and caused wildly attention all over the world. In this article, we discuss the mechanisms of AD in four aspects and put forward the strategies of drug therapy.
