子宫内膜癌组织细胞周期分布与P53蛋白的表达

摘　　要：目的 :研究子宫内膜癌组织中细胞周期分布情况以及P5 3蛋白表达与组织病理学的关系。方法 :采用流式细胞术和免疫组化方法检测 2 3例子宫内膜癌组织细胞增殖指数 (PI)与P5 3蛋白表达。以 5例正常子宫内膜组织作对照。结果 :各临床手术分期及不同组织学分级的子宫内膜癌组织PI值及P5 3蛋白阳性表达率均显著高于正常子宫内膜组织 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,但在不同手术分期及组织学分级间差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :子宫内膜癌组织的细胞增殖活性增加 ,P5 3蛋白表达增高 。Aim: To study the distribution of cell cycle and expression of mutant P53 in endometrium cancer tissues and their relation to histopathology. Methods: The proliferation index(PI) and the expression of P53 protein in 23 cases of endometrium cancer tissues and 5 cases of normal endometrium tissues were detected using flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry methed.Results:PI and P53 positive expression rates in all different clinical operation stages and histopathologial types were significantly higher than those of normal control( P <0.01),but no significant difference among clinical operation stages and histopathological types. Conclusion: Compared with the normal tissue, the expression of mutant P53 protein and the cell proliferation activity in endometrium cancer tissues increased,but that does not involve in the progress of endometrium cancer.
