子宫内膜增生性病变核仁组成区相关蛋白的研究

摘　　要：对子宫内膜癌、非典型增生、单纯增生、增生期内膜及分泌期内膜共104例,分5组进行核仁区相关蛋白(AgNoRs)的研究。每个细胞核内AgNoRs颗粒平均数为内膜癌组>非典型增生组>单纯增生组>增生期内膜组>分泌期内膜组。各组间比较经统计学处理有显著性意义。本文提出AgNoRs计数在鉴别宫内膜良、恶性病变有显著意义,在不同程度的良性增生性病变中也有差异。故AgNoRs计数在宫内膜良、恶性病变诊断与鉴别诊断中具有重要参考价值。A silver colloid techuique for nucleolar organizer regions was applied to paraffin section of hype-rplasia lesion of uterine endometrium: endometrial carcinoma; atypical hyperplasia of endometrium;proliferative phase of endometrium; and secretory phase of endometrium. On the basis of the numberof AgNoRs, one could differentiate one group fom another. The differences observed were of statisti-cally significance (P<0.05). It is suggested that this simple histochemical technique may serve as auseful adjuct to the special technique now available to assist the pathologist in the diagnosis of benignand malignant pathologic changes of uterus.
