摘 要:确定重组人干扰素和细菌内毒素对家兔致热阈剂量的影响。按照《生物制品热原质试验》要求 ,测定纯细菌内毒素对家兔致热阈剂量、重组人干扰素中细菌内毒素对家兔致热阈剂量以及干扰素的药物热阈值。纯细菌内毒素对家兔致热阈剂量为 5EU/mL ,重组人干扰素中细菌内毒素对家兔致热阈剂量为 1 .2 5EU/mL ,重组人干扰素的药物热阈值为 1 5EU/剂量。重组人干扰素和细菌内毒素对家兔的致热性存在协同作用。In order to determine the effects of rIFN and bacterial endotoxin on the pyrogenic threshold dosage on rabbit, the pyrogenic threshold dosage of pure bacterial endotoxin on rabbit, and pyrogenic threshold dosage of bacterial endotoxin in the rIFN on rabbit as well as the pharmaceutical threshold dosage of pure rIFN were determined according to the requirements regulated in “The pyrogenic testing of biological products”. The results showed that the pyrogenic threshold dosage of pure bacterial endotoxin on rabbit was 5EU/ml and pyrogenic threshold dosage of bacterial endotoxin in the rIFN on rabbit 1.25EU/ml. And the pharmaceutical pyrogenic threshold dosage of rIFN was 15EU/dose. There is a synergy of rIFN and bacterial endotoxin on rabbit's pyrogenic activity.;
