摘　　要：鄂尔多斯高原是一个极端受损的生态系统 ,对我国华北乃至全国的生态环境具有重要影响。从区域经济合理布局与定位的角度 ,探讨鄂尔多斯高原生态恢复的对策 ,为鄂尔多斯高原生态保育提供理论依据。分析伊克昭盟 5 3a来各项重要经济指标的发展趋势 ,提出度量经济发展趋势与稳定性的动态指标趋势系数与波动指数 ,利用各指标的趋势系数、波动指数与 1 999年的数据值对伊克昭盟 8旗、市的经济发展规律进行了聚类分析 ,提出伊克昭盟的区域经济分工布局与定位方案为 :工、商业与政治、文化中心型 (东胜市 ) ,农、商、工业型 (达拉特旗 ) ,黄土丘陵农牧型 (准格尔旗 ) ,沙地农牧型 (乌审旗、伊金霍洛旗、杭锦旗、鄂托克旗、鄂托克前旗 )。The Ordos Plateau is a seriously damaged ecosystem but has the significant effects on the environment in north China and even in the whole country. In this paper, the measures for regenerating the ecology in the Ordos Plateau are discussed based on the rational distribution and orientation of the regional economic development, and the theoretical basis is provided for regenerating the ecology in the plateau. The trends of the important economic indexes in Ih Ju League since 53 years are analyzed, the dynamic indexes (i.e., the trend index and fluctuation index) of the quantitative economic development trends and stability are put forward, and a clustering analysis on the economic development laws in the 7 banners and 1 city of Ih Ju League is carried out by using the tend coefficients of the various economic indexes, fluctuation indexes and the economic data in 1999. It is put forward that the patterns of the rational distribution and orientation of the regional economic development in Ih Ju League should be as: the pattern of industry, commerce, politics and culture (Dongsheng City), the pattern of agriculture, commerce and industry (Dalad Manner), the pattern of agriculture and animal husbandry in loess hilly region (Junggar Manner), and the pattern of agriculture and animal husbandry in sandy lands (Uxin Banner, Ejin Horo Banner, Hanggin Banner, Otog Banner and Otog Qian Banner)
