摘　　要：纳凯夫 (NACF)纤维具有优良的吸附性能 ,其磨损碎屑有很强的电负性 ,这一物理特性有利于摩擦副在工作过程形成高质量的摩擦膜 ,使得 13 1R衬片三次台架试验的效能值离散度甚小 ,扭矩稳定 ,达到设计标准。The testing result proved that NACF fibers has good absorptive property.It's wear shred negatively charged,and this physics property is advantageous to forming a high quality friction coating for brake lining in its working process,so the dispersion of efficiency data of three plateform test for 131R brake lining are less,torque is stable and the product quality can meet the design standard.
