单眼先天性白内障患者的VEP观察

摘　　要：目的　对单眼先天性白内障患者伴随的弱视进行VEP研究 ,旨在了解视觉诱发电位在先天性白内障患者中的表现并探讨其在诊断及估计预后方面的价值。方法　对 2 6例先天性单眼白内障患者进行术前和术后VEP检查、分析。结果　先天性白内障儿童患眼FVEP的振幅和潜伏时较正常眼无明显改变 ,而PVEP的振幅降低 ,潜伏时延长 ;闪光视觉诱发电位N2 和P2 的潜伏时治疗后无明显改变 ;图形视觉诱发电位P10 0 的振幅在术后一年升高 ,潜伏时无明显改变。结论　PVEP可以发现先天性白内障患者中存在的弱视 ,并且对弱视程度的判断和治疗有一定的指导意义 ;Objective To investigate the amblyopia in patients with single congenital cataract by VEP in order to realize the VEP manifestation in these patients and discuss the value in diagnosis and prognosis estimation.Methods The VEP examinations were used on 26 patients with single congenital cataract pro and post operation.Results The amplitude and latency of FVEP showed on difference between cataract eye and normal eye,but the PVEP latency was prolonged,and the amplitude was reduced in the cataract eye.The latencies of N 2 and P\-2 have no remarkable change in FVEP after the treatment.The amplitude of P 100 was increased after one year post operation and latency have no remarkable change.Conclusions PVEP can find the amblyopia existing in the congenital cataract patients and play an important role in the estimation and treatment of amblyopia.The FVEP has no value in the diagnosis and treatment of amblyopia.
