血清AFU、AFP、SF联合检测对原发性肝癌的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的　探讨AFU(α L -岩藻糖苷酶 )、AFP(甲胎蛋白 )、SF(铁蛋白 )联合检测对原发性肝癌 (PHC)的诊断价值。　方法　检测 46例PHC患者及 14 5例正常人血清AFU、AFP及SF的水平阳性率。　结果　PHC组血清AFU、AFP及SF测定值显著高于对照组及其他肝病组 (P <0 0 5 )。PHC组AFU、AFP及SF阳性率分别为 73 91%、78 2 6%、47 83 % ,而联合测定AFU、AFP、SF阳性检出率可达 93 48% ( 4 3 /4 6)。　结论　联合测定AFU、AFP、SF可提高PHC的阳性率 。Objective To explore the value of joint detection of AFU?AFP and SF for diagnosis of primary hepatic carcinoma. Methods Studies on the detection of Serum AFU?AFP and SF were carried out in 46 patients with primary hepatic carcinoma and 145 controls. Results The serum levels of AFU?AFP and SF in primary hepatic carcinoma groups were significant higher than that of controls anand other hepatic diseases groups(P<0.05).The positive rate of AFU?AFP and SF was 73.91%?78.26% and 47.83% respectively. But the positive rate for joint detection of the three tumor markers was 93.48%(43/46). Conclusion The conjunctive detection of the three tumor markers may raise positive rate for the diagnosis of primary hepatic carcinoma.
