摘 要:针对单缸四冲程柴油发动机保有量大、应用范围广,而又普遍存在油耗、排污相对偏高的问题,结合X195柴油机结构特点,在不改变原机任何结构的前提下,增设一套燃油供给系统。增设的燃油供给系统与原燃油供给系统配合,用机械控制方式代替高压电控喷射系统,实现分开喷射[20],以促进柴油和空气的混合、提高混合气形成质量、改善燃烧过程,从而改善柴油机经济性和排放。试验结果表明,增设一套燃油供给系统实现分开喷射,对控制排放(特别是降低噪音)有作用,此外可改善低温起动性能。采用两个喷油泵分别向一个喷油器供油[21],实现分开喷射,对单缸四冲程柴油机有一定的适用性和推广价值,同时也为进一步研究和探讨柴油机性能提供了理论依据。The single four-stroke engin is possessed greatly and used wildly. But it has problems of high fuel consumption and pollution. Combining with the construction features of X195 diesel engine, without constructional modification of the original engine, a set of fuel supply system is added. It can coordinate with the original fuel supply system. The way of mechanismis are used to control the two stages injection to realize sequential fuel injection instead of electronic fuel control system so that the mixture of diesel and air and the quality of the mixture are improved. The combustion process is improved so as to enhance the economics and reduce emission of diesel engine. The experimental results show that the multiple injection systems are very useful for controlling emission, reducing noise, and even improving the start performance at low temperature. Its applicable to single four-stroke diesel engine. Meanwhile, and the theory bases for further study were available.
