摘　　要：本文采用S—100蛋白作LCS的标记物和溶菌酶抗体,使用PAP免疫组化技术对38例牙龈癌中的LCS进行鉴定和计数观察。结果表明LCS的数量变化、分布形式与龈癌的分化程度、角化情况有关。LCS和间质内浸润的淋巴细胞关系密切,而与间质内浸润的浆细胞无关。提示LCS作为抗原传递细胞可能参与了口腔癌的局部细胞介导免疫机制。Langerhans cell (Lcs ) are considered to be antigen-presenting cells to lymphocytes in the skin or oral raucosa.In this study, Lcs were identified by their positiveness for S100-protein awl other cytological characters based on PAP method.The functional role of Lcs in oral cancer was studied, based on a quantitative analysis of Lcs in squamous cell carcinomas arising from the gingiva.Lcs increased in number in the cancer region and showed on intimate relation with differentiation of the cancer and infiltration of lymphocytes in terms of their number and distribution.Our resules, as well as the review of literature, suggested that Lcs might play an important role in local immune respoused to squamous cell carcinoma of the gingiva.
