摘　　要：本文报告8例经手术病理证实的枕大孔区肿瘤,分析枕大孔区好发肿瘤的MRI表现,并与CT检查进行比较,对枕大孔区肿瘤的诊断MRI是一种比CT更直观、更有效、更准确的检查手段。Eight cases of tumor in and about the foramen magnum are presented. All ofthem were treated surgically and demonstrated pathologically. The MRI findings ofthe tumors were analysed and compared with CT scan. For the diagnosis of tumorin and about the foramen magnum MRI is much more direct, effective and accuratethan CT scan.
