摘　　要：对26只血管新生性青光眼的眼球标本进行了组织学研究,其共同特点是:虹膜前表面有纤维血管膜覆盖,前房角关闭,视网膜、视神经萎缩,生理凹陷扩大加深。其中16/26例虹膜的纤维血管膜有内皮细胞被覆,7/16只标本在内皮细胞下有均质的、且PAS 染色呈阳性的薄膜形成。26 cases of neovascular glaucoma were studied histologically.Fibrovascular membrneson the anterior surface of the iris,peripheral anterior synechiaof iris,atrophy of retinaand optic nerve,enlarged and deepened optic cup were found in all specimens.Pre-irisfibrovascular membrane covered by endothelium was seen in 16 out of 26 cases,and in 7of them a homogenous PAS-positive thin membrane was appeared under the endothelium.
