摘　　要：本文报告37例37眼经组织病理学证实的晶体过敏性眼内炎,按损伤晶体和色素膜炎症反应的不同特点,将其组织病理学分为5型,并对其它眼组织的病理改变进行了分析。本文的发现有助于临床医师对该病的认识,及时摘除损伤的晶体,有些病例可避免不必要的眼球摘除。Thirty seven cases (37 eyes) of histopathologicallyconfirmed phacoanaphylactic endopthalmitis were re-ported. Five histopathologic groups were categorized ac-cording to the different characteristic inflammatory reac-tions of the injured lens and uvea.The histopathologicchanges of other ocular tissues were also analysed.The findings of the present study may be of use forclinical ophthalmologists to note this disease. Removingthe injured lens timely might avoid an unnecessaryenucleation of the eyeball in some cases.
