摘　　要：介绍了国内外的基金评估体系,分析了它们在评估指标、评估方式、评估程序等方面存在的差异。以此为基础并结合我国实际,提出我国应建立多层次基金评估体系,以满足不同投资者的需要,真正做到指导投资。认为多层次基金评估体系应该由三个层次构成:基金评级、基金分析和基金跟踪。Introduces the domestic and foreign fund evaluation systems and analyses their differences in evaluation index, evaluation method and evaluation procedure. Combining them with the actuality of Chinese security market, it is proposed that a multi-layer fund evaluation system should be constructed in China to meet the needs of different investors as an effective guidance to them. It shall be composed of three levels, i.e., fund ranking, fund analysis and fund follow-up.
