摘　　要：目前学生与高校的法律纠纷 ,大都是在高校对学生进行管理的过程中发生的。其实质是高校自主管理权运行过程中引发的高校自主管理权力与学生权利之间的冲突。因此有必要对高校的自主管理权进行分析 ,正确认识高校自主管理权的性质和权限 ,将其纳入程序化、法治化的轨道 ,以推进高校依法治校 ,保障学生权利。Nowadays, almost all legal disputes between students and universities occur during the course of the universities' administrative process . We understand the essence of these disputes as certain conflict between the universities' power of self-governing and the students' relative rights. Thus, it is necessary to learn more about the universities' power so that we can have a better understanding on its nature as well as its proper using sphere. By this way, can we have more elaborated procedures in accordance with law. Therefore, the universities are encouraged to manage their administration under the principle of rule of law and the students' relative rights are protected.
