丁二酸洛沙平与氯氮平治疗精神分裂症对照研究

摘　　要：目的　研究丁二酸洛沙平治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效与副反应。方法　应用丁二酸洛沙平与氯氮平进行对照治疗研究 ,采用 PANSS、TESS评定疗效及副反应。结果　丁二酸洛沙平组显效率 73 .3 % ,有效率 90 .0 % ;氯氮平组显效率76.6% ,有效率 90 .0 % ,两组差异均无显著性。结论　丁二酸洛沙平治疗精神分裂症阳性及阴性症状疗效肯定 ,安全性好 。Objective To investigate the clinical curative effects and side effects of domestic loxapine succinate in schizophrenics.Methods Control studies of loxapine succinate and clozapine were conducted,and curative effects and side effects were evaluated with PANSS and TESS.Results Curative effects of loxapine succinate werer similar to that of clozapine.The effectual rate of the former was 66.7% and the latter was 60.0%.The total responds rate of the former was 90.0% and the latter was also 90.0%.Conclusion The study suggests that loxapine succinate have well effect and reliability in positive and negative symptoms of schizophrenia,it is worth using.
