焦虑症住院患者关联因素回顾性调查分析

摘　　要：目的　探索与焦虑症有关联的影响因素 ,为该病的预防、治疗、康复和进一步研究提供依据。方法　收集中国医科大学心理卫生医院 1 992～ 2 0 0 2年焦虑症住院患者的病历共计 1 73份 ,将其中的有关联因素填入特制调查表中。输入计算机 ,用 SAS软件进行统计分析。结果　男女性别比为 0 .66∶ 1。发病平均年龄男女间有显著差异 ( u=2 .3 1 ,P<0 .0 5 )。内向性格占 49.71 %。职业前 3位是 :干部、学生和工人。发病诱因前 3位是 :感情与家庭变故、难以适应社会发展和躯体疾病。焦虑症病人有增加的趋势。治疗有效率 98.1 8%。结论　焦虑症的发生受多种因素的影响 ,主要是心理社会因素。应有针对性地采取预防措施 ,并积极治疗和营造良好环境 。Objective To explore the related factors of the anxiety,so as to provide basis of prevention,treatment,recovery and further research.Methods We collected total 173 cases of the anxiety inpatients from Mental Health Hospital China Medical University from 1992 2002 Related factors and datum were filled in a special form and inputed computer,used SAS software to statistical analysis.Results The ratio between male and female is 0.66∶1.The averages of the attack age between male and female have obvious difference(P<0.05).Introversional disposition make up 49.71 percent of the total cases.Sorts of occupation of the first three places is Cadre,Student and Worker.Sorts of incentive of the first three places is Emotion trouble and family accidents,Difficult to adapt oneself to the social development and Physical diseases.The cases of anxiety is tending to increase in number.Conclusion The appearance of the anxiety was influenced by multiple factors.Primary factors are psycho-social factors.We should take countermeasures to prevent it,positive treatment and construction good conditions to promotion the patients early recovery.
