父母养育方式、应对方式与大学生心理健康的关系

摘　　要：目的　探讨父母养育方式、应对方式对大学生心理健康的影响及父母养育方式与大学生应对方式的关系。方法　采用父母养育方式问卷、应对方式问卷、90项症状自评量表对 1 65名大学生进行测试。结果　父母养育方式和大学生应对方式密切相关 ,两者对大学生的心理健康均产生影响 ,父母养育方式对心理健康的直接作用似乎比通过应对方式所产生的间接作用更强一些。结论　研究父母养育方式与大学生应对方式的关系及其在心理健康中的作用对维护大学生心理健康 。Objective To explore the effects of parental rearing style and coping style on mental health of college students and teh relationship between parental rearing style and coping style.Methods 165 college students were tested with EMBU,CSQ and SCL-90.Results Parental rearing style was significantly related to coping style.Parental rearing style and coping style both had influences on mental health of college students.Direct effects of parental rearing style were stronger than indirect effects of parental rearing style by coping style on mental health.Conclusion The study shows that effects of parental rearing style and coping style on mental health have important significance for maintaining mental health of college students and exploring psychological mechanisms of mental disorders.
